Formula: for 2024–2025, ETS cost = fuel × CO₂ factor × phase-in rate × trade factor × ice-class factor × EUA price. From 2026, CO₂e (CO₂ + CH₄×28 + N₂O×265) is used instead of CO₂ and the phase-in is 100%.
